Dr. Olga Lucía Ostos Ortiz is a Microbiologist and holds a PhD in Engineering and Sciences with specialization in Data Modeling. She also pursued doctoral studies in Biochemistry, has received an Honorary Doctorate in Education, and earned two Master’s degrees with honors: one in Human Genetics and another in Public Administration.
She is currently Scientific Director of the Instituto de Pensamiento Liberal. She has served as National Director of Research and Innovation at Universidad Santo Tomás (2016–2023), Advisor to the Academic and Research Vice-Rectory at UNAD (2011–2024), Director of the Research Office and Editor of NOVA Journal at Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, and Editorial Director at Universidad Antonio Nariño.
Recognized as a Senior Researcher (Category I) by Minciencias (2023), she has an H-index of 25 (Scholar/PoP). Her academic background integrates human genetics, molecular biology, data science, research management, innovation, and scholarly publishing. She has led numerous research projects addressing science, technology, and public policy, strategic knowledge management, sustainability, cancer genetics, and molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases.
She has published books, book chapters, and more than 140 scientific articles in indexed national and international journals. She is Editor-in-Chief of NOVA Journal, the Interamerican Journal of Research, Education and Pedagogy (RIIEP), and the International Journal of the Instituto de Pensamiento Liberal.

Doctor in Medicine and Surgery with Extraordinary Award and a Diploma in Nutrition from the University of Granada. Specialist in General and Digestive Surgery, he completed part of his training in Cambridge, Paris, and other leading European centers.
He served as Head of the Department of General and Digestive Surgery at La Paz University Hospital (Madrid) and as Emeritus Professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid, where he was Full Professor, Chair of the Department of Surgery, and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
Author of more than 270 scientific articles, 29 books, and 120 book chapters, with over 560 conference papers and 28 research projects directed. He has supervised over one hundred doctoral theses and holds five recognized research evaluation periods.

Dr. Adham Farouk Mohammad obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 1994, graduating with honors of excellence. He subsequently completed his Master’s degree in Surgery at the same institution in 2001, followed by his Doctorate in Surgery in 2008.
He currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, Egypt.
His professional expertise focuses on plastic and reconstructive surgery, with particular emphasis on facial aesthetic surgery, rhinoplasty, cleft lip and palate reconstruction, facial oncoplastic surgery, comprehensive burn management and sequelae treatment, as well as both reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery.
Dr. Farouk has more than 29 years of experience in medicine and 25 years specifically dedicated to plastic surgery. Since 2006, he has directed his private clinic and actively participated in humanitarian medical missions in conflict zones, including Gaza, Libya, and Sudan, during the period 2009–2012, performing over 140 reconstructive surgeries.

Javier Aranceta Bartrina, PhD

Physician, PhD in Nutrition, with specialization in Preventive Medicine, Public Health, and Dietetics at the University of Nancy (France) and the University of Perugia (Italy). He served as Municipal Physician and Director of the Community Nutrition Unit of the Bilbao City Council (1985–2013). Since 1991, he has been Professor of Community Nutrition at the University of Navarra, with teaching experience at several universities in Spain and Latin America.
He is President of the Spanish Academy of Nutrition and Food Sciences (AEN), Full Member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of the Basque Country and of the European Royal Academy of Doctors, as well as Corresponding Member of the Royal National Academy of Medicine. He has directed the Foundation for Nutritional Research and coordinated landmark projects such as ENPE and Perseo, and is an affiliated researcher at CIBERobn of the Carlos III Health Institute.
Author of 25 books and editor of more than 40 monographs, he has published over 480 scientific papers in the fields of nutrition and public health, reaching an H-index of 81 (Google Scholar). Antonio Bascones Martínez, PhD

Physician, PhD in Stomatology. Professor of Oral Medicine and Periodontics at the Complutense University of Madrid, where he has carried out outstanding teaching and research work since 1983, directing the Master’s Program in Periodontics and more than fifty doctoral theses graded summa cum laude.

Feliz María Goñi Urcelay PhD.

Professor Emeritus in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and collaborator at the Biophysics Institute, a leading joint unit between the UPV/EHU and the CSIC. After a long career in research and teaching, he currently maintains scientific and academic links as a senior researcher and advises on projects in the field of cell membrane biophysics.
For more than four decades, Dr. Goñi has been a leader in research on molecular interactions in biological membranes. He has published more than 265 scientific articles and is the author of six renowned books in the field. His scientific leadership has been decisive in the development of the Biophysics Unit and the training of new researchers, having supervised more than 27 doctoral theses and participated in scientific committees and editorial boards of high-impact international journals.
In addition to his academic work, he has been the founder and president of the Bizkaia Biophysics Foundation and has held prominent positions in the management and promotion of Basque science, such as director of Scientific Policy for the Basque Government. Claudia Gómez Acevedo, PhD
Nationality: Mexican
PhD in Biomedical Sciences, with a Bachelor’s degree in Experimental Biology. She is a Full-time Career Professor of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where she has developed more than three decades of academic and research work.
She directs the Behavioral Pharmacology Laboratory at UNAM, leading projects in neuroscience, particularly on acute cerebral ischemia, neuroinflammation, and cognitive and behavioral disorders. Her work incorporates experimental models for evaluating neurological damage, addiction processes, and the effects of compounds with neuroprotective potential.

Gregorio Rodríguez-Boto Amago, MD, PhD

Manuel Alfonso Patarroyo, PhD
Physician, PhD in Sciences, specialist in Immunology. He is currently Associate Professor at the National University of Colombia and Head of the Department of Molecular Biology and Immunology at the Fundación Instituto de Inmunología de Colombia (FIDIC).
His research focuses on the design and development of chemically synthesized vaccines against infectious diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis, applying approaches in immunology, molecular biology, and experimental pathogen models.
